Construction Manager / Higher Technical Diploma (HF) in Landscape Gardening & Landscaping (m/f) 80–100%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, responsible and hands-on personality who would like to actively help shape the future of our company together with us.

Your Responsibilities

  • Professional consultation and point of contact for clients, suppliers and partner companies
  • Preparation of quotations, acquisition activities, measurements and invoicing
  • Independent work preparation (AVOR) as well as organisation, planning and coordination of garden maintenance and landscaping alteration projects
  • Management, motivation and support of employees, including scheduling and quality control
  • Ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality standards in maintenance works and on construction sites

Your Profile

  • Qualification as a Higher Technical Diploma (HF) graduate, Master Gardener, Landscape Construction Manager or comparable further education
  • Ideally experience in construction management and project leadership
  • Strong organisational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
  • Confident, friendly and professional appearance towards clients and employees
  • Enjoyment in taking responsibility and successfully driving projects forward
